Isn't this just the perfect little boy fabric? I decided my nephew should have an apron. Not only does he like to help Nanna in the kitchen both cooking and with the dishwasher, but he also likes to help Grandpa with just about anything, especially messy projects.
The pockets on this apron look much more like they are supposed to. My pinning skills have much improved since I made the first apron in Dec. Those are much more freestyle.
Here is the finished product. (Don't we have such nice carpet? haha. No one around here that size to model it for me.)
Wish I could see his face when he opens the package. Guess Nanna will have to take a photo or two for me. I just know he'll use it lots! Maybe he'll even send some cookies to his Auntie. If not, they'll just end up in Grandpa's Tardis cookie jar. ;-)
