Spring is just around the corner. It makes me smile just thinking about it! When I was little I had a video called, "Spring Comes to Sesame Street," that I used to love to watch this time of the year. In it Big Bird walks all over Sesame Street looking at all the signs that Spring is coming; the green grass peeking through the snow, the snow and ice melting away and daffodils and violets poking through the dirt. I still think of all that this time of year. Maybe it's why I like daffodils so much in the Spring. Maybe one day I'll a little bit of dirt to plant some in!
Not much is new here. We're going to have to box some more stuff up, as the contractor has yet to make an appearance. We can walk through our place, but not much else. So instead of focusing on the suffocating feeling our place gives me right now, this weekend I scrapbooked. I worked on my nephew's scrapbook. He's 5 and I've yet to really get started on it, my bad. I also did a Huge chunk of our wedding photos, finally. It felt good to have a good start on it and hopefully I can finish it up in the near future. I also pulled up a digital scrapbook program I've had for awhile and make a cute page for my nephew's book. I might have to play with it more. It's so fun and quick, no messy glue or rearranging everything ten times and hoping I get it all straight. Electronics are great!
Gotta run for now. I'll try to get some fun photos up next time I post. Things just might start greening up around here soon, so maybe some photos of the area are in order.!
